Jonathan graduated in 1982 from Sheffield University with a degree in Land Economics, before joining a Sheffield based practice and working with residential and commercial property for the following ten years. After this, he relocated with his wife, Suzanne, to the Fylde Coast whereby he has practiced since 1993. Jonathan offers a wealth of experience for the practice in terms of surveys, valuation, and professional matters.
In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his family and travelling.
Mr Bradley M Flatt MSc MRICS

Bradley joined JPA Surveyors & Valuers in June 2019, initially starting on a part-time basis while completing a master’s degree in Commercial Real Estate at The University of Salford. Upon the completion of his degree and gaining a ‘first’, Bradley joined JPA Surveyors & Valuers on a full-time basis and began his twenty-four-month APC (Assessment of Professional Competence). On 27th October 2022, he successfully passed his APC first time and became a Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
In his spare time, Bradley enjoys football and is an active supporter of Tottenham Hotspur.
